5 ‘it’ things for spring

THE COLD SHOULDER ... From Erica Hanks, personal stylist: Bella Floral Cut Out Shoulder Dress; $875 at Tibi.com. “A big trend this summer that I’m seeing from so many designers is the cold shoulder, or the emergence of the ’90s shoulder cut outs,” says Hanks. “The cut outs from last summer that were done around the waist and hips is a hard sell unless you have the body for it – but a peek of shoulder, whether it’s a little or a lot, is a trend that can be worn by everyone across the board, at any age and any body shape. I love how this trend is a touch of sexy but it’s not overt and can be appropriate for almost every occasion.”
