NASCAR wives walk the runway

NASCAR wives Samantha Busch and Whitney Kay Scott hit the runway at the NASCAR Hall of Fame Saturday night for Fashion D'Lux, a show to benefit The Kyle Busch Foundation and its Bundle of Joy Fund.

Busch is the wife of driver Kyle Busch and Scott is the wife of driver Brian Scott.

The fashion show featured couture for spring and summer from six designers and retail stores.

The first half of the show featured fashion from Machicao Couture, Sloan Boutique and Saks Off Fifth.

An auction was held of items including NASCAR memorabilia was held whiles models changed for the remainder of the show.

The second half of the show included fashion from Dillard’s, Zarankova and Porsche Design.

Both designers Luis Machicao of Charlotte and Vesela Zarankova, formerly of Charlotte and now of New York City, walked the runway with Samantha Busch. Hosts for the night were Hade Robinson of Nordstrom and Danielle Trotta, a NASCAR commentator for Fox Sports.
