“Blast” Book Signing: Capitol boutique hosts a book signing of “Blast,” by Jim Mangan, featuring Ken Block, presented by SOCO Gallery. It showcases aerial photos by Mangan of rally car driver Ken Block “putting the landscape in motion” in a desolate stretch of land in Utah.
