March 14: Going to the Southend Craft Beer Crawl. 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. (stop sooner, I beg of you), with 8 stops, live music at each, and a trolley to take you from one to another. Breweries are Unknown and Craft (11 a.m.-1 p.m.), The Beer Growler (1-3 p.m.), Sycamore and Lenny Boy (3-5 p.m.), Good Bottle (5-7 p.m.), Triple C (7-9 p.m.) and Common Market (9 p.m. and after). March 27: Going to IKEA, for the Paskbord, the annual Swedish Easter buffet. Tickets are $15.99, $4.99 for kids 12 and younger; discounts for members of the IKEA Family program. You’re encouraged to buy tickets in advance at IKEA, along with a large package of tea candles.

March 31: Getting your tickets for “Taste of the New South: Global Dish,” at the Levine Museum of the New South. The event, featuring cuisines from around the world, is 6-9 p.m. April 16, but March 31 is the deadline to get tickets. $100 for members, $125 for nonmembers. Details: 704-333-1887, extension 241.
