Charlotte Epilepsy Support Groups – teen and adult – will meet at 7 p.m. April 15 at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, 200 Hawthorne Lane, fourth floor Presbyterian Alumni Classroom. Free healthy living classes
Arthritis Services of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County will host a free, six-week “Living Healthy: Stanford University Chronic Disease Self-Management” program, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Tuesdays, May 6-June 10, 500 E. Morehead St., Suite 320. Those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes and other ongoing health issues can learn practical ways to deal with pain, fatigue and more.
