What better way for a new mom to work out than alongside her little bundle of joy? First Wind Cycling & fitness will host an 8-week fitness series for new mothers.

New mothers need a lot of support, especially when it comes to incorporating an exercise routine into their busy daily lives. First Wind Cycling & Fitness, a small boutique studio in the South End neighborhood, is beginning a program in November called "Mommy and Me" designed to provide the physical and emotional support new mothers need. Designed as a small group training program, the classes are limited to eight moms and their babies (1 year and under). A current First Wind instructor and mom of two, Trinity Cho, will lead the sessions, held every Monday for 8 weeks from November 2 through December 21 from 10:30AM-11:15AM. Participants can either sign up for the full 8 weeks or do drop-ins when they can.

The program will focus on stability and strength and is meant to not only help new moms find fitness as a part of their lives, but to provide a small support group as well.
