HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. A dispute between two 9-year-old girls in New York has led to criminal charges against one of their mothers after police say she posted a Craiglist ad seeking sex and directed respondents to call the other mother.
Police say Margery Tannenbaum of Hauppauge on Long Island was cited for aggravated harassment after posting an online classified ad purporting to be from a woman seeking sex with men.
Tannenbaum allegedly gave out the phone number of the mother of her daughter's rival to anyone who replied by e-mail.
Tannenbaum did not answer her door on Friday and her attorney did not respond to telephone calls seeking comment.
