Who's your Buddy?

So our area grocery stores finally realized that we need a reminder to bring in the reusable bags … they’ve posted a hand-written sign in the front windows asking us to remember the eco-friendly sacks. Now I don’t know about you, but I tend to see the sign as I’m walking to the front door – sans my bags. And yes, since I’m toting 3 kids along with me, the chances of me going back to get them are slim to none.

But, this new product I’ve been turned onto has been helping boost my statistics: The Tote Buddy is a reusable grocery bag organizer. The flat 22.5" L X 15.25" W tote, if you will, stores your reusable bags within. It’s compact size makes storage simple; I like to keep mine in the side pocket on my door. When I go to exit my car, it’s the first thing I see giving me no excuse to forget them or be lazy (who, me?).

Tote buddy patterns include a basic black or pretty floral print; both are made of 100% recyclable materials and have an adjustable strap with a velcro closure. The Tote Buddy retails for just $9.99, a price-point that is easily justifiable for a product that’s easy to use, easy to store and easy to carry. Lets not forget easy on our planet Earth. Reusable grocery bags can be purchased at a price as low as $2/bag but you can get the whole system (Tote Buddy + 3 bags) for just $12.99. Can you say hostess gift?
