Organic food leaders Annie’s, HONEST Kids, Organic Valley and Stonyfield have teamed up to bring parents Rock the Lunchbox, a free online resource that delivers ideas, inspiration and nutritional advice to improve packed lunches that are not making the grade.
In a recent survey conducted online by Harris Interactive on behalf of the four brands, among 1,066 U.S. students in grades 3-12, 54% gave their lunch on a typical school day a “C” grade or lower.
To tackle these challenges and beat the lunchtime blues, they created the site just in time for back to school. The Rock the Lunchbox website includes:
