Good soul turns in lost purse at Walmart

I believe the person who found my purse was also handicapped and just handed it over to a cashier. Many thanks to that unknown person! May God bless you. Evelyn M. Belnavis, Concord

I am an octogenarian. One day in August, I withdrew my monthly allowance from the bank and went to Walmart in Kannapolis with my niece to pick up a couple of items.

I inadvertently left my purse in the cart and two hours later, I realized it was gone. When I called Walmart’s lost and found department, some “everyday angel” had returned my purse intact. I mean: They didn’t open my bag or anything.

Having parked in a handicapped spot, I believe the person who found my purse was also handicapped and just handed it over to a cashier. Many thanks to that unknown person! May God bless you. Evelyn M. Belnavis, Concord
