Dilworth’s Iron Tribe Fitness isn’t your standard gym. It’s a program that transforms members into athletes through a combination of timed workouts, high intensity exercises, and functional movements. Owner Brooks goal was to bring this upscale fitness model to Charlotte while cultivating a sense of community in a workout facility. “What sets us apart from other gyms is the holistic aspect,” he says. “The group training helps people bond, grow together and push each other harder.”

Memberships can include nutritional coaching, one-on-one training and unlimited classes.
