Forget beer. These days local restaurants are awash in boozy offerings on tap from wine to moonshine. And now, Soul Gastrolounge in Plaza Midwood offers two of its most popular cocktails, the Bangkok Sling and Wise Old Buffalo, on tap. “We didn’t want to do drinks that were too simple,” says beverage director Andy Maurer, who notes that the pre-made concoctions help with wait times at the always-busy spot. “One of our cocktails on tap has nine ingredients. Now, something would take three minutes takes thirty seconds and tastes perfect every time.” And keep an eye on the drink list.
