Revolutionary War Field Days

Step into the American Revolution’s Southern theater Nov. 2-3 when approximately 400 British and Patriot re-enactors and living history interpreters will be at the Historic Camden grounds in Camden, S.C. They’ll pitch tents on grounds occupied by the British in 1780 and present a glimpse of life during the war years. At 1:30 p.m. both days, cannons roar and soldiers will skirmish. There will also be war tribunals, artillery demonstrations, fife-and-drum concerts, and camps to visit. There’ll be authors, activities for kids and festival food.
