Franklin Graham renewed his call for a boycott of Target following reports that a transgender woman in Idaho was arrested for taking pictures of an 18 year-old woman in one of the retailer’s changing rooms.

Almost a month after North Carolina passed House Bill 2 in March, Minneapolis-based Target said that transgender customers in its stores are welcome to use the bathroom and changing rooms that align with their gender identity.

Graham first took to Facebook to urge a boycott soon after that.

Trespassing and voyeurism were illegal in North Carolina even before HB2 passed, no matter what a person’s gender identity or sexual orientation.

Still, the American Family Association has called for a boycott of the retailer, echoing arguments used to support HB2, which requires transgender people to use the bathroom that matches the sex on their birth certificates.

On his Facebook page this week, Graham posted a link to the AFA’s boycott, which has garnered nearly 1.4 million signatures.

“Target is the one inviting sexual perverts into their stores. Shame on Target, and shame on their CEO & Chairman of the Board Brian Cornell!” wrote Graham, son of evangelist Billy Graham.

Graham also suggested that Target shareholders start “dumping their stock” in protest.
