Charlotte’s Bank of America ranks at the bottom of a report released this week on customer satisfaction with 10 major credit card issuers.
The report, issued by Credio, is based on customer ratings in five areas: customer service, fees, rewards and benefits, issuer and overall credit card satisfaction. Credio said it surveyed 6,606 cardholders across the U.S. from October to January.
Companies were scored on a scale of one to five, with five being “extremely satisfied” and one being “extremely dissatisfied.”
Bank of America’s average score among all five areas was 3.80. Citibank earned the same score. The other eight companies earned higher average scores.
