More than a year after buying and overhauling a retail building on South Boulevard, MPV Properties said Tuesday that it has sold the site.
Real estate records show 2317 South Boulevard, an 8,000 square-foot building on 1/2 an acre, sold for $3.96 million to SBBH Developments 8, LLC, a Charlotte-based company. The deal closed about two months ago, with MPV broker Mark Newell representing the sellers.
The building was formerly the Paradise Island Dive Shop. MPV Properties purchased the site in 2015 for about $1.68 million. After renovating the building, MPV brought in new tenants, including Mattress Firm and Orangetheory Fitness.
