A new townhouse development is hitting the market in South End, as the area keeps growing amidst tight housing supply.

Called South Village, the development by Pulte is now pre-selling. The company bought an 8-acre parcel on Clanton Road off South Boulevard last year for $4.2 million. The company is planning to build 58 townhouses in South Village, which is near the Scaleybark light rail stop on the Blue Line.

The townhouses start at $349,990. Both models available are three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouses with two-car garages. Both models start at almost 1,800 square-feet.
