The newest Charlotte-area apartment building is open: Beckett Farms in Fort Mill.
The 280-unit apartment development is located in a fast-growing corner of the area just south of Charlotte, near the intersection of Gold Hill Road and Interstate 77. It’s in the Fort Mill School District, which has been growing so fast it’s been freezing new enrollments at some elementary schools.
Beckett Farms includes one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with rents ranging from $1,040 to $1,655 a month.
“With Beckett Farms, we wanted to combine all the perks of modern apartment living with a prime location in Fort Mill surrounded by a creek and wooded areas,” said Charles Rulick, vice president of multifamily development for Ohio-based Miller-Valentine Group. “We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and can’t wait to share the results with our future residents.”
