Portman Holdings is planning to start construction work on its new, 19-story office tower at 615 South College Street this quarter, in June, the company said this week.

And the building has a new promotional video, from Trinity Partners, complete with inspirational pump-up music and drone footage of the view from the future building adjacent to the Westin hotel. The video touts 615 S. College’s connections to Crescent Communities’ planned Whole Foods next door, and the Lynx Blue Line light rail.

Here are the numbers on Portman’s planned building, which is the third uptown office tower underway or planned (The other two are 300 South Tryon, which is being built, and Tryon Place, which is planned to start later this year).

▪ Square footage: 370,000

▪ Expected completion: Fourth quarter 2016

▪ Amenities include: Elevated green plaza, corner balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, connections to the Westin’s meeting space and fitness center.
