The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing Partnership is proposing a major development north of uptown that could bring 750 apartments and houses to north Charlotte.
The 64-acre Dillon Lakes development would be located along Cindy Lane, near Hutchison McDonald Road (map below). According to a rezoning petition filed recently, the development would feature up to 240 multifamily residential units and up to 510 single family dwellings, including duplexes, triplexes and quadraplexes.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing Partnership didn’t return messages seeking more information Thursday.
