AT&T Plaza, the somewhat-sterile looking office building at 300 S. Brevard Street, could be in line for a makeover.
Plans filed Monday with the city’s online Accela system call for a variety of improvements to the building and its surrounding areas. Here’s the filing:
“Detailed Scope of Work: We are working with aiDesign to provide concepts for overall building and site improvements to include enhanced entrances, improved terrace space, landscaping (including street trees if possible), paving, etc.”
In December, AT&T announced plans to relocate its 400 employees to a pair of buildings off West Tyvola Road. That freed up more than 340,000 square feet of space in the office building.

You can see a Childress Klein marketing pamphlet for the building here. Fred Klein III, a partner with Childress Klein, declined to give any further details on the potential renovation plans.
