Studio Fusion, a Charlotte-based architecture and interior design firm, has relocated to a new office on E. Morehead Street.
The firm, whose portfolio includes designs for headquarters buildings for Ingersoll Rand, restaurants, apartments and condominiums, signed a lease for just over 5,000 square feet at the Camden Grandview building.
“Additional square footage and a centralized location in South End will provide flexibility and convenience for the firm’s unprecedented recent growth,” the company said in a news release. Studio Fusion has been in business for 15 years.
Kenny Smith and Holly Alexander of New South Properties represented Studio Fusion in the transaction.
