Caffeine-lovers will be glad to see Sharon Square’s latest addition: A two-story, 3,000-square-foot Starbucks.
The mixed-use development in the SouthPark area is also home to a Whole Foods, several restaurants and upscale apartments.
The new Starbucks will be built at the Sharon Road entrance to the development, across from SunTrust bank’s office building. That’s where the development’s leasing and information office has been.
“We look forward to the addition of Starbucks to Sharon Square,” said Peter Pappas, CEO of Pappas Properties, the developer. “Starbucks adds another walkable amenity to Sharon Square that will be welcomed by our residents and the SouthPark community.”

The Solis Sharon Square apartments are doing well, Pappas said, with about 96 percent leased. The SunTrust office building is 85 percent leased. The development has four retail spaces totaling 8,500 square feet available for lease.
