MPV Properties is doubling down on its investment in South Boulevard near Publix, with plans to develop a three-story office building.
The 36,000-square-foot building will be at 2400 South Blvd., , just down the street from the Camden Southline apartments and Publix Super Market. Leasing rates will run from $23 to $24 per square foot, according to marketing materials from MPV.
Early tenants include Truliant Federal Credit Union, a Tex-Mex restaurant and a medical office, according the marketing materials. There will be parking behind the building, which will back up to the LYNX Blue Line light rail. The building is pre-leasing now, with completion expected in 2016.
Across South Boulevard, MPV plans to redevelop the building where Paradise Island Dive Shop is located into a multi-tenant retail building anchored by a mattress store.
