An office building in South Charlotte has been sold by real estate firm Faison to a private investor for $7.4 million, brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield said Monday.
The Accenture Credit Services Building, on Forest Point Boulevard near Interstate 77 and Arrowood Road, is in the Forest Park office development, which also includes hotels and restaurants. The building totals just over 60,000 square feet.
Rob Cochran and Jared Londry of the Cushman & Wakefield Charlotte office represented the seller. Londry said the building “attracted significant interest from a broad range of investors.”
The sale closed in late December, Mecklenburg County real estate records show. The buyer was a limited liability company affiliated with investors in St. Petersburg, Fla.
“With more than six years of lease term remaining with a top tier tenant, the Accenture Credit Services Building presented investors with the opportunity to acquire a Class A asset with an above-market parking ratio and a secure income stream in a rapidly improving submarket,” said Cochran, in a statement.
