Trinity Partners will handle leasing duties at the Carillon office tower, following the building’s recent acquisition by new owners.
KBS, a real estate investment trust, paid $147 million for the 24-story building last month. The building totals 476,000 square feet.
And construction is planned to start this fall on a Grand Bohemian Hotel by the Kessler Collection, next to the Carillon. That project should be complete in 2018.
“Carillon is a fantastic opportunity to office just steps away from the energy and amenities that make downtown so desirable,” said senior leasing agent Jennifer Kurz. She’s working with Rhea Green, partner and director of office leasing. “We’re looking forward to working with KBS to create one of the city’s most memorable and unique office experiences.”
