Fun trivia fact: The Encore is the only apartment building in the recent boom, aside from uptown high-rise towers, built with a steel frame instead of wood.
“We are excited about our expansion throughout Charlotte and bringing a beautiful and well-designed high-rise apartment community to the SouthPark area,” said Gina Dillon, regional property manager for Simpson Property Group, in a statement.
