A event venue called Noah’s will open its latest Charlotte-area location this March. Currently under construction, Noah’s will be available for weddings, meetings and other social events.

The venue underway at 2421 Yorkmont Road, near Charlotte Douglas International Airport, is Noah’s third location in North Carolina, according to a statement from the company. Another opened in Morrisville earlier this year, and a second will open in February in High Point.

Customers will have the option to rent out the entire 7,784-square-foot facility, or any of its four rooms individually, the company said. The new Charlotte facility has conference rooms that can be used for birthday parties, weddings and corporate events for up to 300 people. It also has a game room with a pool table and shuffleboard, a bride’s room and an outdoor patio.

Customers also have the option to provide their own catering, Noah’s said.

The building comes with an audiovisual system, free Wi-Fi, hardwood floors, and a moveable ceiling that allows decorations to be suspended from it. Its main hall features a stage that can accommodate a band or DJ, and all rentals come with tables, chairs and tablecloths.

Noah’s, founded in Utah in 2003, operates 30 locations across the U.S., and another six are currently under construction.
