Specialty Shops SouthPark signs two new tenants

Specialty Shops SouthPark has signed two new tenants, set to open this spring, commercial real estate company Hill Partners said Wednesday.

Both are focused on “wellness and beauty services.” The new shops are:

▪ Thrive: The store is owned by doctors Nancy Palermo and Amy Fletcher, and the company describes itself as a “holistic lifestyle concept.” Medical services offered will include gynecological care.

The 8,586-square-foot location will also include a retail store that sells products such as “apparel, health-related books, Thrive vitamins and supplements, holistic medical grade skincare, candles, and more.” Other services offered will also include yoga, fitness, nutrition and cooking classes,
