The popular women’s boutique Monkee’s of Lake Norman and an upscale general store called Pete & Pop’s Findery are two of the newest tenants at The Linden, a mixed-use development in Davidson that includes luxury apartments and retail space.

The two stores take up the final two retail spots at The Linden, which opened earlier this year across from the Harris Teeter-anchored Davidson Commons shopping center, according to a statement Thursday from Lat Purser & Associates, the local firm handling leasing for the development.

Other stores at the development include Carolina Craft Butchery and Clean Juice, which opened last spring.

Here are some additional details about the new tenants:

▪ Monkee’s of Lake Norman sells women’s contemporary clothing, shoes and accessories by designers like Tory Burch, Diane Von Furstenberg and Mother Denim. Monkee’s of Lake Norman is currently at Jetton Street, near Davidson Day School, and will relocate into a 2,183 square-foot spot in The Linden in spring 2018.

▪ Pete & Pop’s Findery opened last week in a 1,300 square-foot space. It’s described as a “modern-day general store” that offers specialty, artisan-made products like soaps and scrubs, paper goods and wedding presents.
