Another new retailer opens in SouthPark mall Feb. 23.

Indochino, a Vancouver-based firm that makes custom-fit suits for men, will open in a 3,000 square-foot space in the Neiman Marcus wing near Tory Burch, mall owner Simon Property Group said in a statement this week.

Indochino takes the place of Hermès, which closed its SouthPark store last year after operating there for over a decade. SouthPark was the luxury brand’s first and only location in the Carolinas.

Indochino suits start around $400, according to a recent report by Fortune on the company. The retailer operates 14 other showrooms across the U.S.

Also in its statement, Simon said two new restaurants will be opening soon in SouthPark: the Spanish tapas bar Bulla Gastrobar, which will open next to Cowfish at the Village at SouthPark, and Gusto Farm to Street, a farm-to-table restaurant that’ll open in the mall this spring.

Even as national retailers close stores nationwide, SouthPark has been adding a flurry of new retailers in recent months, including Henig Furs, Palmetto Moon and Ballard Designs, among others.
