As it undergoes an exterior renovation, Concord Mills is adding several new stores.
Recently opened stores include a 3,051 square-foot True Religion outlet across from American Eagle, a 2,476 square-foot Dazzle Up women's boutique next to LensCrafters and a 2,901 square-foot men's clothing and gifts store called Man Cave near Yankee Candle, according to a statement Monday from outlet mall owner Simon Property Group.
Then later this summer, Asics, which sells athletic shoes and apparel, will open a 2,826 square foot-store store at Concord Mills next to Starbucks. An exact opening date was not immediately available.
Concord Mills, the largest outlet mall in the state, last year got a number of interior upgrades, including a redesigned dining area and enhanced Wi-Fi. The mall is currently in the midst of an exterior renovation that includes new LED lighting at the mall’s exterior entrances and upgraded directional and entry signage. The project is set to wrap up in August.
Meanwhile, several stores are undergoing renovations, including Starbucks, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Oakley Vault, Rack Room Shoes, Osh Kosh B’Gosh, Motherhood Maternity and Build-A-Bear, according to Simon.
