Which Wich to open in Overstreet Mall this summer | Charlotte Observer

Which Wich, a Dallas-based make-your-own sandwich chain, will open a restaurant in the Overstreet Mall in uptown Charlotte this summer.

Josh Willis, who manages the Metropolitan Which Wich in Midtown Charlotte, said the new location is slated to open in July, though it may be delayed a bit, as was the case with the Blakeney and Rivergate locations.

Willis anticipates the new shop will employ about 25 and 30 people. The Overstreet Mall is located in uptown Charlotte on College Street, between Third Street and Fourth Street.

Which Wich operates over 300 of its fast casual restaurants across the U.S.

The Which Wich corporate office couldn’t immediately be reached for additional details about the uptown location.
