Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is opening a second GW boutique July 20 in lower South End.
The boutique, called GW, sells trendy designer apparel, jewelry, shoes and accessories at low prices. The nonprofit operates one other local GW store at its Goodwill Opportunity Campus in west Charlotte.
Goodwill has described GW as a “social, engaging and chic” store that targets millennials. It sells brand names such as Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Prada and Coach.
The new boutique is at 3609 South Blvd., in the shopping center that houses Seoul Poke Bowl, across from the Scaleybark light rail station.
Goodwill opened its first Charlotte GW store two years ago. Before that, it operated the boutique as a pop-up store at the EpiCentre.
