Bojangles’ opens new Concord location

Bojangles’ continues to expand its local footprint with the opening Monday of a new restaurant in Concord.

The 3,800-square-foot restaurant at 20 Raiford Drive replaces the one that previously operated at 750 Cabarrus Avenue NW. The new shop opened at 5 a.m. Monday.

This is Bojangles’ fifth restaurant in Concord. Bojangles’ said when it went public this spring that it planned to grow in areas in which it is already established, then expand into adjacent markets gradually.

Bojangles’, based in Charlotte, operates nearly 650 restaurants, primarily in the Southeastern U.S.

Customers on opening day can enter to win free Bojangles’ breakfast for a year. Additionally, Bojangles’ is offering the following deals at its new Concord store Monday:

▪ Free 16 ounce Legendary Iced Tea with any purchase from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

▪ Free kids’ meal (for kids 12 and under) with any purchase from 2 to 5 p.m. 

▪ A coupon for a free ham, steak or sausage biscuit with any purchase from 5 to 10 p.m.
