Pet Supplies Plus will open its newest Charlotte location on Jan. 20 in SouthPark.
The 5,600-square-foot pet store is at 4732 Sharon Road in the Sharon Corners Shopping Center. It will sell pet food, toys, equipment, fish, rawhide, chews, fish and more. It will also have a self-service dog wash.
The new SouthPark location is owned by local physical therapist Matt Grimm, who also owns the Pet Supplies Plus in Carmel Commons in South Charlotte.
The Jan. 20 date is a soft opening, a representative said. The store’s grand opening on Jan. 30 and Jan. 31 will feature celebration sale prices, free nail trims, giveaways and kids’ activities.
