Charlotte’s Roasting Company is opening a location this summer in Rock Hill.
The Montford Drive mainstay known for its rotisserie chicken will be at the historic Gulf station downtown at 122 S. Oakland Ave., in a space previously occupied by a restaurant known as The Station.
The Roasting Company’s management team wrote in a recent Facebook post that the restaurant will soon be hiring cashiers, prep cooks, production cooks, dishwashers and bartenders.
Doug Bell opened the first Roasting Company in 1991 at 1521 Montford Drive.
