A contemporary women’s fashion store called Charming Charlie has opened in Stonecrest in south Charlotte.
The new, 3,350-square-foot store is at 7832 Rea Road, Suite C-3A. It’s the brand’s ninth North Carolina location – other Charlotte-area stores are in north Charlotte near Ikea, and in Birkdale Village in Huntersville.
Charming Charlie sells apparel, shoes, jewelry, handbags, small leather goods, scarves, watches, sunglasses and other accessories.
To celebrate the opening, Charming Charlie is giving the first 100 customers at its new store discounts ranging from $5 to $100 off their purchases on June 11, according to a statement this week.

The new Charlotte location will also offer the brand’s in-store “Chic Charity Events,” meaning members of the community can host events at the store and donate a portion of the proceeds to area nonprofits. The new store will also host “Charming Celebrations,” shopping events where groups of 10 or more receive a discount off their purchases.
Charming Charlie was started in 2004 and operates more than 370 stores around the world.
