Concord Mills this week announced several new retailers as it undergoes an extensive interior renovation.
The outlet mall is adding Windsor Fashions, Pholicious, AT&T and LensCrafters, and it’s expanding the existing Michael Kors store, according to a statement this week. These new retailers are additions to previously announced stores coming, including H&M and Alino Pizzeria.
Earlier this spring, Concord Malls said it was undergoing a significant interior renovation that includes a redesigned dining area, four new lounge areas and enhanced Wi-Fi, among other upgrades. The mall has said the project will wrap up in early 2017. It will stay open during construction.
Owned by Simon Malls, Concord Mills is the largest outlet mall in North Carolina, with more than 200 stores.
