Several new tenants are coming to the new RedStone development in Indian Land: Z’s Amazing Kitchen, Viva Chicken, WAFU Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt and Penn Station East Coast Subs.
Leases have been signed for the new restaurants, according to a statement this week from MPV Properties, the group overseeing development of the 310,000-square-foot retail center.
Additionally, MPV said contracts have been signed with Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and Tide Dry Cleaners.
The newly announced tenants are part of the first phase of the RedStone development, which kicked off in February.
The first phase of development will include total of 54,900 square feet of retail space, including previously announced restaurants like Portofino’s Ristorante Italiano e Pizzeria and Red Rocks Café, MPV said. It will also contain a 55,400 square-foot, 14-screen movie theater.
RedStone is in northern Lancaster County at U.S. 521 and S.C. 160. It is expected to open in summer 2017.
