A luxury cabinetry design firm called Design Gaps will open an office and showroom in Sharon Square in SouthPark.

Design Gaps’ offices and the Downsview Kitchens showroom will open in November in a 1,841-square-foot space near SunTrust Bank, according to a statement Tuesday from Pappas Properties, which is developing Sharon Square.

The showroom will feature cabinetry samples and will have design experts on hand to assist customers, the firm said. Design Gaps was previously located in South End before moving to Charleston.

“We work with clients from across the U.S. but primarily in the Southeast, so it’s nice to be in such a central area with a direct-flight airport, hotels and fine dining to accommodate them,” said David Glover, Design Gaps’ founder and owner.

Sharon Square is the mixed-use development anchored by Whole Foods on Fairview Road. Other new tenants in the shopping center include Rusty Bucket, Corkbuzz Wine Studio and Bar Method, a fitness studio.
