I recently interviewed Charlotte-based executive coach Joan O. Wright about her work habits for the Observer's new Business Sunday column called Work This Way.
Wright's company, O'Sullivan Wright, Inc., serves Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial businesses. She's also been selected as Charlotte's first female chair of Vistage International, which assembles and facilitates private advisory boards for CEOs, senior executives and business owners.
Wright has some interesting things to say about how business owners can manage their time and divide up their work week. She's a fan of strategic coach Dan Sullivan's method of dividing time into free days, focus days and buffer days.
