Nicholas Lynch was also injured in the altercation, though it’s not clear what led to the fight. A large knife was found at the home, officials said.
Nicholas Lynch was treated for minor injuries and arrested, officials said. He was charged with second-degree murder, and is in jail under a $1 million bond.
