A large tree fell on a wagon carrying dozens of people Saturday afternoon at Zootastic Park in Iredell County, according to multiple media reports.

The wagon had 50 people onboard, and at least five people were injured, according to multiple media reports.

A woman was flown to a hospital by helicopter, according to Observer news partner WBTV, which reported the tree was 100 years old.

Scottie Brown, the owner of the zoo, told WCNC he'll examine the trees in the park, and might hire an arborist to survey the other trees in the zoo.

Zootastic Park is a private, family-owned zoo in Troutman that features an array of exotic animals. Wagon rides at the zoo run daily, according to the park's website.
