City leaders have approved more visible signage on Time-Warner Cable Arena. A proposed 36,250-square-foot, lighted roof sign initially caused wariness among Charlotte City Council members. But the council approved the signage as long as reflective paint, digital signs and LED color-changing lights are not used. Councilman Andy Dulin cast the sole vote against the proposal.
