A Charlotte woman won $1 million playing the $200 Million Blowout scratch-off game.

Mickaelay Portillo bought the winning $20 ticket at a Petro Express on Wilkinson Boulevard in Charlotte, officials said. The odds of winning $1 million are 1 in 817,500. Portillo received her prize on Friday. She had the choice of taking a $1 million annuity that has 20 payments of $50,000 a year, or a lump sum of $600,000. She chose the lump sum. After tax withholdings, she received $415,506.
