A 2-year-old who became trapped in a storm drain in a YWCA parking lot off Park Road on Friday was rescued in 10 minutes, after firefighters extended a 12-foot ladder down the drain, authorities said. Knee-deep water in the drain likely cushioned the boy’s fall, authorities said. The boy suffered only “superficial wounds,” an officer said, but was transported to the hospital for examination. Authorities didn’t release the name of the child. Joe Marusak, Deidra Laird
