Forecasters expect sun conditions with little chance of rain this weekend.
But showers will return Monday, though temperatures will remain fairly steady.
For those around the greater Charlotte area, Friday will be mostly cloudy with a high in the mid-70s, said Patrick Moore, a meteorologist with The National Weather Service.
“Over the weekend, we should actually see some sun,” he said. “It will be mostly sunny (Saturday) with a high in the mid-70s, and partly sunny on Sunday with a high in the upper 70s, so it’ll be a little warmer.”
