Congestion, wrecks and malfunctioning traffic signals continue to cause plenty of problems for commuters Tuesday morning across the Charlotte region.
Traffic volume is easing on the interstate highways, but congestion is still an issue at 9:25 a.m. The slowest conditions are on southbound Interstate 77 in the Huntersville-Cornelius area and the inner loop of I-485 in southeast Mecklenburg County.

Johnston Road ... Congestion; traffic moving 20-30 mph northbound from the state line to I-485.
Billy Graham Parkway ... Congestion; traffic moving 20-25 mph between West Boulevard and I-85.
Little Rock Road at Pawnee Road ... Hit-and-run collision; minor delays.
U.S. 74 inbound, Indian Trail and Stallings ... Congestion from Rocky River Road to I-485, with traffic moving 10-20 mph.
