A 16-year-old Lincolnton youth was arrested Saturday after officials said he took part in a drug deal that ended with a man stabbed and a car stolen.
Jontavius Javez Littlejohn, 16, was charged with larceny, receiving or transferring stolen property and conspiracy robbery with a dangerous weapon, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were sent to the 1400 block of Westdale Lane shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday after receiving a 911 call from a home in the area.
The male stabbing victim, 20, also from Lincoln County, had received a text message asking if he wanted to buy marijuana, the Sheriff’s Office said. The victim picked up two people from a Lincolnton home and drove them to Westdale Lane.

“When they arrived, a third suspect showed up on foot and the three suspects assaulted (the victim), one with a knife and the other two with their fists,” officials said in a media release.
The victim received minor stab wounds to one arm and ran to a nearby home to call 911, the Sheriff’s Office said. The perpetrators stole the victim’s 2002 Jeep Liberty, which was later recovered on Lee Avenue.
Littlejohn was arrested Saturday, and officials said Monday that more arrests are expected.
Littlejohn is being held at the Lincoln County Detention Center under a $15,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
